Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, Education, Environment, or related field.
• Diploma graduates with strong field experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2-3 years in community-based programs, NGO/INGO projects, or humanitarian initiatives.
• Experience in community facilitation, field implementation, training delivery, and coordination with local stakeholders.
• Experience in monitoring activities, data collection, and reporting preferred.
• Ability to travel freely for site visits, meetings, and field activities.
• Commitment to work-life balance given travel demands.
• Strong understanding of community engagement programs.

• Assist in coaching community health workers and support training sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma graduates with strong field experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in community-based programs, NGO/INGO projects, or humanitarian/development initiatives.
• Proven experience in community facilitation, field implementation, training delivery, and coordination with local stakeholders.
• Prior experience in monitoring activities, data collection, and reporting is preferred.
• Ability to move freely, both indoors and outdoors, to conduct site visits, meetings, and other activities related to the job responsibilities.
• Awareness and commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, considering the demanding nature of travel and fieldwork.
• Thorough understanding of community engagement programs.
• Skilled in using MS Teams, Zoom, e-mail and other applications.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
