Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate in Deal Valuation to support mergers, acquisitions and restructurings by delivering rigorous valuation analyses and actionable insights. You will validate data, apply financial modeling techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while upholding risk and compliance standards.

You will work with deal teams to assess value creation opportunities, conduct market checks, and prepare client-ready outputs in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• GPA above 3.0/4.0 or equivalent and strong academic record.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop actionable insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based valuation analyses for M&A, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Assess worth and risks of deals to guide client decisions.
• Validate data and ensure accuracy of financial models and outputs.
