Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Advisory practice, focusing on valuation and deal advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. You will work with a team to provide strategic insights, conduct financial modelling, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics; GPA 3.0+ or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Surabaya or placement in Surabaya as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
• Perform deal valuation and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Assist in delivering analysis and insights to help clients maximise value and navigate complex transactions.
• Contribute to acting as an authentic and inclusive leader within PwC Indonesia's teams.
