PwC's Valuations practice in Jakarta seeks a Manager to lead dealValue analysis, financial modeling and risk research within Deals Transaction Services. You will contribute to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by delivering robust value opinions and client-ready valuation advice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities.
• Bachelor/Master degree in economics/accounting/business/finance with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Big Four accounting firm background preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writing & speaking).

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply valuation models to assess deal value.
• Research financial risks and forecast analyses.
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
