Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• GPA above 3.0 / Second Class Upper / Distinction from top universities in Indonesia or overseas.
• Associate: fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
