PwC Indonesia is hiring a Senior Associate in Deal Valuation within Advisory. You will work on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, delivering analysis and valuation services to help clients maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Placement in Surabaya or willing to relocate to Surabaya.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.
• Help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and risks of various deals.
• Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
