The Southern Hotel Surabaya is seeking a reliable Bell Driver / Valet to join our Front Office and Guest Services team in Surabaya, East Java. This casual position focuses on creating a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests.

You will greet guests, manage vehicle parking, operate shuttle services, assist with luggage, and coordinate with front desk to ensure guest satisfaction. A valid license and courteous manner are essential.

Qualifications

• A valid driving licence with a clean record.
• Hospitality or customer-service experience would be beneficial.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanour.
• Manage vehicle parking services and ensure safe placement of guest vehicles.
• Operate hotel vehicles and shuttle services as required.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transport to rooms or the lobby.
• Provide directions and local information about Surabaya and nearby attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the valet area and equipment.
• Coordinate with front desk and concierge to ensure guest satisfaction.
