Job summary

PT. Era Blu Elektronik is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct user research, understand how customers search, browse and discover products on our e-commerce site, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.

You will analyze on-site behavioral data (click paths, session recordings, search logs), run usability tests, collaborate with product, content and design teams to prioritize improvements, and present data-backed findings to stakeholders. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in UX Research, user research, or a closely related analytical role.
• Experience analyzing behavioral data—session recordings, heatmaps, click paths, or search logs.
• Familiar with usability testing methods and translating data into design recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand how customers search, browse, and discover products on the e-commerce site.
• Analyze on-site behavioral data: click paths, session recordings, search logs, and drop-off points.
• Identify friction points in category pages, PDPs, filters, and navigation structures.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for site structure and product attributes.
• Analyze on-site search performance and usability issues; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to prioritize UX improvements based on research.
• Design and run usability testing for new features or page layouts.
• Present research findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
