Job summary

Michelin in Bekasi, Indonesia, is seeking an Electrical Distribution professional to supervise utility operations and ensure safe, reliable power for the site. You will manage maintenance, optimize energy use, and support project initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in electrical power distribution, hands-on industrial experience, and strong documentation skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. On-site work in Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and technical documentation/reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electrical engineering tools (e.g., ETAP).
• Knowledge of electrical equipment: MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital protection relays, and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V).
• Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Required:

• Experience in project management, budgeting, and technical documentation/reporting

• Ahli K3 Listrik certification
