In the Maintenance / Utilities Department, we aim to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient power distribution systems across the site, while supporting operational excellence and sustainability through optimized energy management.
In the domain of power distribution and electrical infrastructure,
Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply.
Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Hands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments.
Hands-on experience in High Voltage electrical systems, including HV/MV switching operations, protection systems, electrical isolation, and safety procedures.
Strong knowledge of High Voltage and electrical distribution systems and equipment, including MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital protection relays, and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, and 400 V).
Strong experience in electrical troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and electrical system reliability improvement.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and technical documentation/reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electrical engineering tools (e.g., ETAP).
Good knowledge of electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and applicable regulations for High Voltage and industrial electrical systems.
Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset aligned with Michelin’s value of Respect for Facts.
Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
Preferred:
Ahli K3 Listrik certification
Experience in energy management, power quality analysis, and system optimization
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies in industrial environments
Experience supporting continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, or similar initiatives)
