Job summary

PT Pacific Bio Industry in Indonesia seeks a Senior Utility Supervisor to assist the Utility Superintendent. You will manage budgeting, cost monitoring, and plant performance while leading meetings, data analysis, and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include daily oversight of Desalination Plant, WWTP, STP, Boiler, and Power Generation & Distribution systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and directing a competent maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor in manufacturing, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Mining, or similar industries.
• Good Indonesian language proficiency and active English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Able to oversee utility operations including desalination, WWTP, STP, boiler and power generation/distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements :

• Minimum S1 degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor in manufacturing, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Mining, or similar industries
• Understanding of Utility operations including Desalination Plant, WWTP, STP, Boiler, and Power Generation & Distribution
• Good Indonesian language proficiency and active English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis needs
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
• Responsible, disciplined, honest, creative, and persistent
• Able to make quick and accurate decisions in abnormal or emergency conditions
• Understanding of K3, environmental management, SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and other compliance standards
