Job summary

A leading food manufacturer in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Utility Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of all plant utility systems. Responsibilities include managing Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field and have 3–5 years' experience in a similar environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in utility operations or maintenance in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with WTP, WWTP, and other utility equipment is preferred.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of all plant utility systems.
• Oversee utility areas including Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor utility system performance.
