Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a Power Plant Operations Lead in Bekasi, Indonesia to oversee power plant operations and coordinate WWTP and Utility activities in support of productivity, efficiency, and safety. The role includes defining structure, reviewing SOP/ISO documents, and aligning with quality policy.

You will coordinate steam and electricity needs, manage materials and spare parts with logistics and maintenance, generate operation reports, and monitor budgets while developing

• Determine the organizational structure and manpower arrangement for the power plant, review SOP documents and ISO documents for power plant, and determine the quality policy of power plant operation.
• Coordinate with users about steam and electricity needs.
• Determine materials and spare parts needed for smooth operation of the power plant by coordinating with logistics and maintenance.
• Create operational power plant reports, including preparing work and schedule.
• Responsible for the use and supervision of existing budgets in the power plant, review, follow up and create a pending job report in the power plant (monthly & yearly).
• Evaluate work performance for employees who work under their responsibility.
• Create people development / training plans for Power Plant personnel.
• Coordinate with Utility Manager regarding abnormal operational conditions and implement the instructions given by Utility Manager, and coordinate WWTP and Utility Existing and PGS operations.
