Job summary

PT COSMAX INDONESIA is seeking a Treasury Staff to join the F&A team in South Jakarta. You will monitor cash positions, handle bank reconciliations, and process payments with accuracy, while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Based in Cibis 9, you will work both independently and with the team, supporting monthly closings and maintaining precise documentation. English communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Manage store petty cash and prepare related journal entries.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and authorization procedures.
• Process and create payment transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized payment documentation and records.
• Support the monthly closing process and ensure all required financial records are properly prepared.
