Talent HuntPH is seeking a qualified HSE Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs in Jakarta. You will work closely with multiple departments to foster a culture of safety and regulatory compliance in upstream oil & gas operations.

The role covers policy development, compliance monitoring, training, risk assessment, budgeting, and emergency planning. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and CHSEMS verification is expected, with offshore experience

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field.
• Up to 5 years experience in upstream oil & gas.
• Experience in CHSEMS assessment/verification.
• Certifications such as Ahli K3 MIGAS and T-BOSIET.
• Strong knowledge of ISO-45001 and ISO-14001.
• Proven experience in HSE roles with regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience offshore operations including marine seismic acquisition preferred.
