Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali, Indonesia, seeks a UI/UX Designer to shape the digital presence of its world-renowned destination. You will craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, and build scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across platforms.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and deep proficiency in Figma, design tokens, and prototyping. Collaboration with developers and marketing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong mastery of Figma, including advanced features such as Design Tokens, Auto-Layout, Components, and Prototyping.
• Proven hands-on experience in building, documenting, and managing Design Systems and component libraries.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive web design.
• Basic-to-intermediate understanding of UX Writing, with the ability to write functional copy.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and technical constraints for smooth dev-handoffs.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design sense, end-to-end UX processes, and design system.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, visual accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, bringing unique brand campaigns to life with strong visual craftsmanship.
• Build, expand, and maintain scalable Design Systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Web Developers, Marketing teams, and various departments across FINNS to ensure seamless design handoffs and technical feasibility.
• Analyse feedback, analytics, and UI/UX trends to continually optimise digital journeys and conversion rates.
• Establish design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the company's digital ecosystem.
