Job summary

DANA Indonesia is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to transform complex KYB requirements into clear, user-centered experiences that boost efficiency and user satisfaction. You will shape workflows, interfaces, and interactions in collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.

You will conduct UX research, craft intuitive journeys, and deliver high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, while advocating usability, accessibility, and visual quality across fintech

Qualifications

• Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual and interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and surveys, and translating insights into user-centered design solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions using data and reasoning
• Familiarity with AI/automation and fintech, banking, or merchant products is a strong advantage
• Strong design judgment, visual and interaction design craft, and prototyping skills
