Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Tyre Supervisor to oversee daily tyre operations in a mining environment. You will ensure safe, efficient tyre services, monitor performance metrics and manage maintenance plans with strict adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in tyre supervision within mining, strong knowledge of tyre analysis and maintenance, and a proactive safety mindset. English fluency is a plus for communications on site.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as tyre supervisor in mining.
• Good knowledge of haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection and management.
• Ability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis.
• Strong tyre site reporting and maintenance knowledge.
• Proactive safety attitude and ability to mentor subordinates.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control tyre operation to achieve target availability and satisfied users.
• Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan; maintain recording system.
• Conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; plan front tyre replacement and rim replacement; daily tyre-condition checks.
• Direct subordinates to complete unit breakdown work safely and on time.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to meet ISO 14001/45001 and other standards.

Job description

Manage and operate tyreman daily activities to ensure work is performed in a technically correct, safe and efficient manner, conform with company’s standard and policies.

To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide service to satisfaction of all tyres and users. All tyres and users are proven to be satisfied with the provided services.

Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained. Tyre recording system is good maintained.

Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities. All of the tyre-condition related processes are accurately conducted.

Control sub ordinates to do the unit breakdown job in safe and on time completion. Unit breakdown jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
