Responsabilités

• Monitor, control and supervise mining production resources to achieve project targets.
• Implement short-term mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and provide necessary production parameters.
• Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel on a shift-by-shift basis with the BMP process.
• Identify development and training needs of mining staff for project benefit.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards.

Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan Exposure to personnel and environment has been successfully minimized.

Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan. Document responsibility

Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance. The performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations are supervised accordingly.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• min. 4 year exp as mining foreman, or 3 years as mining supervisor
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Familiar with mining software
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
• Good Analytical skills and Problem Solving skills.
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 4.
