PetroSea in Indonesia's Kalimantan Tengah seeks a Tyre Fitter to monitor and coordinate daily tyre operations on mining sites, ensuring work is technically correct, safe and efficient. The role develops tyre forecast replacement, maintenance plans, and keeps a reliable tyre recording system; you will supervise units, manage breakdowns safely and on time, and actively implement SHE programs to meet ISO and SMK3 standards.

Qualifications

1 year of tyre fitter experience in mining industries.
Knowledge of tyre maintenance and repair activities.
Ability to perform tyre failure analysis.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate tyre operations to ensure work is technically correct, safe and efficient.
Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan with well-maintained tyre recording system.
Conduct tyre preventive maintenance lists and front/rim replacement schedules; check tyre condition on units daily.
Direct subordinates to perform unit breakdown work safely and on time.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and SHE risk management in line with standards.

Monitor and coordinate tyreman daily activities to ensure work is performed in a technically correct, safe and efficient manner, conform with company's standard and policies.

To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide service to satisfaction of all tyres and users. All tyres and users are proven to be satisfied with the provided services.

Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained. Tyre forecast replacement is well-managed and developed, tyre recording system is good maintained.

Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities. All of the tyre-condition related processes are accurately conducted.

Control sub ordinates to do the unit breakdown job in safe and on time completion. Unit breakdown jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained.
