JAPFA Sidrap is seeking a TSR Staff to support sales activities, provide technical assistance to customers, and sustain strong client relationships in the region for optimal product performance and satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, proven technical sales support experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within Sidrap and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical sales support role, preferably within the animal feed or agribusiness industry.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and livestock management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Technical Sales Representative team in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding JAPFA's products and their application.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Monitor customer product performance and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Job Summary

The TSR Staff (Technical Sales Representative Staff) at AJS Sidrap will be responsible for supporting sales activities, providing technical assistance to customers, and maintaining strong client relationships within the designated region, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Sales Representative team in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's products and their application.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Monitor customer product performance and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
