- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in trucking or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of trucking operations, driver management, and cost control.
- Familiar with vehicle and driver documents, including STNK, KEUR, and SIM B2.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

About you
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in trucking or transportation operations
Good understanding of trucking operations, driver management, and operational cost control
Familiar with vehicle and driver documentation, including STNK, KEUR, and SIM B2
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to coordinate effectively with trucking vendors, customers, and internal departments
