Job summary

Agung Logistics, a long-standing logistics and transportation provider in Indonesia, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across business units.

You will manage P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and tax compliance, analyze costs, and lead a finance team while communicating with investors and external stakeholders to support strategic decisions. Minimum 5 years in a managerial finance role and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax in a managerial/head position.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience in handling financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Experience in shipping/logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term financial plans, including revenue and cost projections.
• Prepare and manage budgeting for all business units.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Analyze operational costs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Evaluate and manage investment projects, including feasibility study and ROI analysis.
• Manage communication with investors and external stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
