Job summary

PT Rajawali Lintas Samudera in Jakarta is seeking a logistics administrator to manage shipping documentation, data entry, and coordination with drivers, supervisors, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery operations.

You will prepare delivery documents, input data, and generate cost reports, while ensuring timely processing and compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate has SMA/SMK, at least 1 year in logistics, strong communication, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Logistics.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or trucking.
• Ability to work under pressure with multitasking.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery letters and receipts are available and complete for each driver before shipment.
• Input shipping data into the system, including dates, times, and container numbers.
• Create handover documents with the BA team accurately.
• Ensure delivery documents are correctly entered into the system and received by the BA team daily without delays.
• Collaborate with trucking supervisors and third-party vendors related to goods delivery.
• Prepare cost breakdowns for trucking services.
• Create detailed cost reports, including driver-related and operational delivery expenses.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, BA team, supervisors, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Manage shipping administration in detail, ensuring all delivery processes run on time and according to procedures.
