The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) seeks a Program Manager, Triple Elimination (TE) to lead CHAI's TE project in Indonesia.

You will oversee four workstreams, coordinate with the MoH, district health offices, partners, and the donor, and ensure evidence and government ownership for scale-up to other districts and provinces. Strong strategic judgment, stakeholder engagement, and experience in MNCH, HIV, hepatitis, or STI programs, plus budget and donor management are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in public health or related field required.
• At least seven years of progressive experience managing health programs.
• Experience with maternal and child health, HIV, hepatitis, or STI programs preferred.
• Experience working with government counterparts, preferably Indonesia MoH.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia written and spoken ability.
• Ability to travel regularly within West Java and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project through scoping, design, implementation, and dissemination.
• Coordinate with MoH, districts, partners, and donors; manage milestones and budgets.
• Integrate TE activities into CHAI platforms; ensure gender and inclusion considerations.
• Prepare briefs and recommendations for senior government and donor audiences.
• Strengthen M&E, data integration, and dashboards for accountability.
