Job summary

The Clinton Health Access Initiative Indonesia is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its TB vaccine readiness work for the Government of Indonesia. You will own strategy, quality, and delivery of a complex, multi-year program and supervise CHAI’s Indonesia project team.

You will partner with the Ministry of Health and other agencies, translate national priorities into actionable plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution with donor alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; exceptional experience may substitute.
• 7+ years of professional experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop high-quality presentations for senior audiences.
• Experience forecasting and managing program budgets with donor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHAI Indonesia’s TB vaccine readiness program strategy and delivery.
• Coordinate across governance, demand forecasting, financing, and readiness workstreams.
• Manage a project team, performance, and workforce planning.
• Prepare evidence-based, decision-oriented materials for government and donors.
• Build relationships with Ministry of Health and other stakeholders to advance readiness.
