Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) in Indonesia seeks a Program Manager, Triple Elimination (TE) to lead day‑to‑day design, delivery, and learning for the TE project across four workstreams, coordinating with the MoH, district health offices, partners, and the donor to ensure evidence, tools, and government ownership for domestic scale‑up.

The role requires strategic judgement, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to operate independently while aligning with the national TE

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, health policy, medicine, nursing, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressive experience managing health programs, including leading multiple workstreams.
• Experience with maternal and child health, HIV, hepatitis, or sexually transmitted infections programs.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel regularly to West Java and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project through its phases: scoping, in-country co-design, implementation, and dissemination of results and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with MoH, district health offices, partners, and donor to develop implementation plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Track progress against budgets and indicators; advise senior management on course corrections.
• Integrate TE activities into CHAI’s MNCH platform with regional teams to maximize resources and avoid duplication.
• Prepare briefs and presentations for senior government and donor audiences.
