Job summary

The candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with about 3 years of treasury/finance experience. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential, and knowledge of Indonesian banking systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in treasury, accounting, or finance roles, typically 3 years.
• Strong understanding of treasury functions including cash and liquidity management, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking systems and regulations is advantageous.
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is beneficial but not required at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting and monitoring to ensure optimal liquidity positions.
• Process and record treasury transactions including payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain treasury records and documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing treasury reports and analyses for management review.
• Support banking relationships and coordination with financial institutions.
• Manage investments and short-term financial instruments as directed by treasury management.
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposures.
• Assist with debt management and loan administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
