Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Treasury/Payments Specialist in Jakarta to manage daily payments, receipts, and cash management. You will process bank transfers, prepare banking documents, and maintain organized records, liaising with banks by phone and email.

Strong Excel skills and 1+ year in finance are preferred, with immediate availability a plus. The role requires honesty, attention to detail, and reliability in handling company funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Experience in finance, treasury, or handling cash and bank transactions is preferred.
• Proficient in using internet banking and processing bank transactions accurately.
• Able to prepare banking documents and communicate professionally with bank personnel.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible when handling company funds.
• Availability to join immediately or at short notice is preferred.
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): In accordance with company regulations.
