Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Project Specialist for the Jakarta Head Office to support Global Financial Markets initiatives, including business transformation, system implementation, and regulatory changes. You will blend treasury operations expertise with project management and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Markets Operations, Project Management, or Business Analysis within banking.
• Good understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and present project updates to senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury and Operations projects from initiation to implementation.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.

• Monitor project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations, project updates, and executive-level PowerPoint materials.

Service Delivery Project Specialist (Treasury & Change Management)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Service Delivery Project Specialist to support Global Financial Markets Initiatives, including business transformation, system implementation, process improvements, and regulatory-driven changes. The role requires a blend of treasury operations expertise, project management skills, ability to communicate effectively with counterparts and management across functions.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
• Exposure to treasury platforms such as Murex, Bloomberg, LSEG

A proactive professional with strong Treasury Operations knowledge, project delivery experience, regulatory awareness, self driven and the confidence to present insights, recommendations, and project status updates to senior stakeholders and management.
