Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Jakarta Head Office seeks an experienced Operations professional to coordinate and manage end-to-end corporate and transactional banking projects, ensuring collaboration between business, technology and operations. You will drive continuous improvement, support digital transformation initiatives and help deliver strategic operational outcomes in a fast-paced banking environment.

This is a full-time role within Group Operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end corporate and transactional banking projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between business, technology, and operations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, enhance service delivery, and implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope, key deliverables, and milestones in alignment with the COO office's strategic goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, track dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project working groups and steering committee updates to keep stakeholders aligned on progress and key decisions.
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new operational processes and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within corporate banking, transactional banking, or financial services operations.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects and driving digital transformation or process optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, agile practices, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment.
