• Prepare weekly and monthly cash expenditures and payments schedule.
• Prepare supporting documents to be paid and input payments into the system.
• Prepare payment in bank using transfer applications, checks and internet banking.
• Supplier non Affiliate Invoice Checking.
• Loan valuation & Interest expense calculation.
• Prepare and submit monthly Central Bank Indonesia reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly Group Treasury report.
• Bank correspondence.
• Support for finance & accounting daily activities.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury Officer to perform administrative work with a major focus on financial management. He / She has the official responsibility of accounting for receipt Invoice and disbursements regarding company funds. Prepares a variety of financial records, processes bills for payment, and maintains financial records

Your responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cash expenditures and payments schedule.
• Prepare supporting document to be paid and input the payment into the system.
• Prepare payment in bank using transfer applications, checks and internet banking.
• Supplier non Affiliate Invoice Checking.
• Loan valuation & Interest expense calculation.
• Prepare and submit monthly Central Bank Indonesia reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly Group Treasury report.
• Bank correspondence.
• Support for finance & accounting daily activities (e.g.clean environment, substitute tasks required).
• Support for internal and external auditors (Financial, Custom and Tax).
