Job summary

PT Coats Rejo Indonesia in Indonesia is seeking a Treasury professional to manage supplier invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements while supporting daily treasury activities.

You will handle cash and bank management, banking transactions, and ensure compliance with bonded zone documentation for vendor and import transactions, collaborating with finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable.
• Good in English communication skill both oral & written.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Support daily treasury activities: cash management, banking transactions, and compliance monitoring for bonded zone documentation related to vendor and import transactions.

To ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements while supporting daily treasury activities, including cash management, banking transactions, and monitoring compliance with bonded zone documentation requirements related to vendor and import transactions.

Responsibilities

• Cash & Bank Management, Banking Administration, Cash Flow Monitoring
• Maintain documentation related to import vendor transactions, ensure completeness of customs supporting documents (PIB, invoice, packing list, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years' experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable
• Good in english communication skill both oral & written
