Job summary

PT. Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia is seeking a Treasury professional to oversee cash flow forecasting, monitor bank loans and hedging transactions, and coordinate with the accounting unit for BI reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a collaborative team environment. Placement at MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta, with responsibility for daily bank interactions and renewal of credit facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax majors.
• Min 3 years’ treasury experience in the same field.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; strong cash flow & cash management knowledge.
• Understanding of banking literacy and Bank Indonesia regulations.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, good communicator, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity.
• Examine bank loan and hedging reports for renewal or payment per management decisions.
• Follow up loan and hedging quotations with banks daily.
• Present funding quotations and bank recommendations to management to obtain approval for final negotiations.
• Check completeness of documents for all bank loan and hedging transactions and obtain signatures.
• Coordinate with Accounting Unit for data/documents related to foreign loans, FX, and hedging for Bank Indonesia reporting.
• Monitor maturities of loan agreements and prepare renewal requirements.
• Renew company data and authorized signer data with relevant banks.

Job Description :

• Oversee, and analyze short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Examine reports on bank loans and hedging transactions that mature periodically to be extended or paid in accordance with management decisions.
• Follow up interest loan and hedging quotations to relevant banks on a daily basis
• Submit the quotation funding and recommendations from the bank to the company's management in order to obtain approval to conduct final negotiations (fixing deal) with the bank.
• Checking the completeness of documents on all bank loan transactions and hedging transactions that have been carried out by team members to obtain signatures from authorized signers.
• Cooperate with the Accounting Unit in preparing transaction data and documents related to foreign loan transactions, foreign exchange transactions, and hedging transactions required for Bank Indonesia reporting.
• Monitor loan agreements that are maturing and prepare administrative requirements for renewal.
• Prepare renewal of company data and authorized signer data to related banks.
