Job summary

Liebherr Indonesia Perkasa seeks a skilled Treasury Officer to handle administrative work with a strong focus on financial management. You will be responsible for accounting for receipts and disbursements, preparing financial records, processing bills for payment, and maintaining accurate records.

Based in Jakarta, you will prepare weekly and monthly cash expenditures, input payments, manage bank transfers, and support internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics required.
• 3 years in the same field required.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
• High standard of personal work ethic.
• Reliable and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cash expenditures and payments schedule.
• Prepare supporting documents to be paid and input payments into the system.
• Prepare payments in bank using transfer applications, checks and internet banking.
• Perform supplier invoice checking for non-affiliate invoices.
• Valuate loans and calculate interest expenses.
• Prepare and submit monthly Central Bank Indonesia reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly group treasury reports.
• Maintain bank correspondence.
• Support daily finance and accounting activities and assist auditors.
