Job summary

Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome; Mandarin is a plus. Proficiency in Accurate, Mekari Jurnal, or SAP Business One is helpful for daily operations and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with internship in Cash/AP/Finance welcome.
• Mandarin language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle petty cash, daily cash in/out, and bank deposits.
• Manage company internet banking and other banking systems/products.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash transactions.
• Ensure payments are supported by approved vouchers and invoices.
• Maintain disciplined payment schedules and supporting documents.
• Record cash and bank transactions accurately.
• Apply basic accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping.
• Work with accounting software such as Accurate, Mekari Jurnal, SAP Business One, or similar.
• Support basic tax-related processes and documentation.

Key Responsibility:

Handle petty cash, daily cash in/out, and bank deposits

Manage company internet banking and other banking systems/products

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash transactions

Ensure payments are supported by approved vouchers and invoices

Maintain disciplined payment schedules and supporting documents

Record cash and bank transactions accurately

Apply basic accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping

Work with accounting software such as Accurate, Mekari Jurnal, SAP Business One, or similar

Support basic tax-related processes and documentation

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance

0 - 2 Years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Cash/AP/Finance are welcome to apply

Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

Basic Bank reconciliation experience (or knowledge of it's concept) is a plus

Brevet A/B is an advantage
