Job summary

BRAC International in Indonesia seeks a Finance Specialist to provide and coordinate financial support for its operations. You will work with programme teams, global Operations and HR, ensuring payroll processing, tax compliance, and donor reporting in line with Indonesian regulations.

Based in BRAC Indonesia Office in Jakarta, the role reports to Senior Manager Administration and requires strong Excel skills, NGO finance experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in NGOs or donor-funded programmes.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, BPJS) and regulatory requirements.
Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Manage office finances, banking, and petty cash, with timely reconciliation.
Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for donors and management.
Ensure tax compliance, donor reporting, and internal control adherence.
Lead monthly and year-end closing and financial statements.
