Save the Children Indonesia is seeking an Operations Officer to manage procurement, budgets, and admin tasks for health projects, coordinating with the health program team, finance, HR and procurement units.

You will monitor cash requests and advances, maintain records, ensure timely payments, support field offices, and help ensure activities run on time and within plan.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, teamwork, and the ability to adapt during emergencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and INGO experience preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in procurement and finance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement plans and coordinate with project team.
• Monitor budget, GL and project expenditures; ensure accuracy.
• Support field offices with procurement and admin needs.
• Process advances and cash requests; maintain financial trackers.
• Ensure compliance with SCI policies and PoA alignment.
