CAREER OPPORTUNITY: MANDARIN TRANSLATOR

Location: Bintan, Riau Islands, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian (or English) for daily field operations, technical meetings, and management coordination.
• Assist foreign experts and management in communicating effectively with local operational staff.
• Translate technical documents, operational procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Support cross-departmental workflows and site communication activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Senior High School / Vocational High School graduate (SMA / SMK Sederajat).
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• HSK Certification is preferred.
• Work Experience:
• Experience as a Mandarin Translator in manufacturing, industrial, or smelter environments is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Familiarity with technical terminology in industrial operations is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
