Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project management/coordination experience.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies.
• Familiar with Jira/Microsoft Project/Trello/Asana or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Allocate resources, budget, and other project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet business and technical needs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and align deliverables with timelines.
• Escalate critical issues and recommend solutions.
