Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta seeks a seasoned project manager to lead transformation and mechanization efforts across plantation and processing operations. You will conduct feasibility analyses, run trials, develop SOPs, and monitor benefits, reporting to the board as needed.

Travel to operational sites is required to support implementation. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in related fields, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, mechanization, operational improvement, or continuous improvement in palm oil industry.
• Experience in plantation, manufacturing, agriculture, heavy equipment, or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation and mechanization project implementation.
• Conduct assessments and feasibility analyses for improvement initiatives.
• Execute trials, testing, evaluations, and project rollouts.
• Review and improve equipment, processes, and technical designs.
• Develop standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor project performance and benefit realization.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and recommendations.
• Present findings and updates at board meetings for company-wide implementation.
