Job summary

TaxPrime in South Jakarta is seeking a full-time Transfer Pricing Dispute Senior Associate with 3+ years of TP disputes experience and Brevet A&B. You will support tax objection, appeal, and Civil Review projects, analyzing financial statements, intercompany agreements, and client documents.

Strong English and Indonesian written and verbal skills are required, along with leadership potential to train staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fiscal/Taxation, Accounting, Business, Law, or Economics with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Transfer Pricing Dispute.
• Brevet A&B; Brevet C is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent English and Indonesian writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

TaxPrime is hiring a full-time Transfer Pricing Dispute Senior Associate in South Jakarta for tax appeals. More than 3 (three) years experiences & Brevet A&B required.

Job Description

Assisting the team in working on projects related to Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, or Civil Review, including but not limited to:

• Financial statements analysis, FAR analysis, and analysis of business cycles, inter company agreements, and relevant internal documents of the client,
• Assist in the application and process for Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, and Civil Review,
• Prepare and/or review draft, including but not limited to Objection Letter, Appeal Letter, Civil Review Memorial, or any other letters that will be submitted in the Objection/Appeal/Civil Review process,
• Assist in preparing for recommending planning opportunities for clients,
• Participate actively in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess reviewed matters,
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients,
• Train and lead staff, contributing to developing your and the team’s technical acumen,
• Work closely with the Supervisor of the Transfer Pricing team to provide leadership to the staff,
• Heavily involved at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Fiscal/Taxation, Accounting, Business, Law, or Economics from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00,
• Experienced in Transfer Pricing Dispute (minimum 3 years of experience) Excellent writing and verbal skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Brevet A&B. Brevet C is a plus,
• Have knowledge regarding accounting principles and taxation,
• Proficient in business diagnostics, analysis, and logical reasoning,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
