Job description

Assisting The Team In Working On Projects Related To Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, Or Civil Review, Including But Not Limited To

• Financial statements analysis, FAR analysis, and analysis of business cycles, inter-company agreements, and relevant internal documents of the client.
• Assist in the application and process for Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, and Civil Review.
• Prepare and/or review draft, including but not limited to Objection Letter, Appeal Letter, Civil Review Memorial, or any other letters that will be submitted in the Objection/Appeal/Civil Review process.
• Assist in preparing for recommending planning opportunities for clients.
• Participate actively in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess reviewed matters.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Train and lead staff, contributing to developing your and the team’s technical acumen.
• Work closely with the Supervisor of the Transfer Pricing team to provide leadership to the staff.
• Heavily involved at all stages of the project lifecycle
