Job summary

PT Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia is seeking a data-savvy logistics coordinator to manage inbound, relocation and outbound data operations, generating daily reports and warnings for leadership.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Access; Mandarin is a plus. Fresh graduates with Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written); Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving.
• Able to handle pressure and work in a team.
• Able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Record and control data operations for inbound, relocation, maintenance, and outbound activities on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Create and send daily reports; issue timely warnings to leadership.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams toward targets.
• Arrange and coordinate trucks including documents.
• Collect and analyse dealer complaints.

• Create and send daily reports, and give warning for any problems in a timely manner to the leadership

• Arrange and coordinate trucks including completed documents
• Collect and analysist dealer complaints
