Job summary

PT Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia (PANLI) is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations. The role emphasizes real-time stock control, data accuracy, and coordination across inbound and outbound movements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in a related field, 3+ years in auto parts warehousing, strong leadership, and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Excel. This position is based in Indonesia with onsite responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Logistics engineering, Vehicle engineering or Mechanical engineering majors preferred.
• English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
• Experience: at least 3 years in warehouse/inventory in auto parts sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real-time stock accuracy and align with weekly forecast.
• Maintain stock cards and update per shift.
• Trace inventory across inbound to outbound movements.
• Control Receiving, Storage, and Supply processes.
• Conduct stock takes and prepare resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
