Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a dynamic Field Training Specialist to empower retail teams and dealers with product knowledge and selling skills across consumer electronics and mobile technology.

You will design daily and weekly work plans, create training materials, conduct evaluations, and monitor in-store promoter performance, traveling to regional sites as needed to boost sell-out.

Strong public speaking, English proficiency, and high mobility are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables, audio).
• Willing to travel and high mobility.
• Ability to create own presentation materials.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Active English language proficiency.
• Strong sales acumen is an advantage.
