Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a results-driven sales and analytics professional to drive Sell in, Sell out, stocking and distribution of SPs and PVs across channels. The role requires close collaboration with product, channel, regional, and GTM teams and will involve extensive travel to achieve targets.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3–5 years in the Telco sector with leadership potential, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (S1) required.
• 3–5 years experience in Telco with potential managerial exposure.
• Strong sales and data/marketing analytics capabilities.
• Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
