PT Obsidian Stainless Steel (OSS) is seeking an Administrative Invoicer in Jakarta to handle invoice entry, payment approvals, and document control within the purchasing team. You will work closely with the tax and accounting teams and ensure timely follow-up on invoices and PO/GRPO references.

Requirements include 2+ years in purchase/procurement, proficiency with SAP/ERP and MS Office, and bilingual Mandarin and English communication. Exposure to import/distributor sectors is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years procurement experience; import/distributor exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP/SAP and MS Office.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Responsabilidades

• Check the completeness of documents; such as invoices, tax invoices, purchase orders, BC documents, BAST, and GRPO.
• Input invoice into the ERP system to submit for payment.
• Input OA for payment approval.
• All documents are sent to the tax and accounting team for review.
• Follow up all invoice and payment with PO and GRPO, input in file purchasing team.

Years of Purchase/Procurement experience: 2 years, used to work in import/distributor industries is a plus

Technical Skill: negotiate, SAP or ERP system, Microsoft Office/WPS (Excel, Pivot, PPT, Vlookup, etc.), and tax will be a plus

Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
