Job summary

PT Indonesia Tsingshan Stainless Steel (Jakarta) is seeking a Tax Staff to manage daily Indonesian tax filings and related compliance. You will work with our finance team to ensure accuracy in PPN, PPh 21/22/23/25, corporate tax and other obligations.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with local tax consultants and authorities. Long-term Jakarta-based with a valid visa is expected, and the company supports professional development

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related fields.
• Familiar with local Indonesian tax regulations; experience in tax work for Indonesian companies is preferred.
• Able to independently complete monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing and tax planning.
• Fluent in Mandarin; able to communicate effectively in English or Indonesian.
• Able to work stably in Jakarta long-term with valid working visa.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily tax filing of Indonesian entities (PPN, PPh 21/22/23/25, corporate tax, etc.).
• Monitor changes in local Indonesian tax policies to ensure tax compliance and mitigate tax risks.
• Organize, maintain and file invoices, tax vouchers and tax documents.
• Liaise with local tax consultants, public accounting firms and tax authorities in Indonesia for tax inspections, communication and coordination.
• Assist the finance team in cost accounting, document verification and tax handling for cross-border businesses.
• Cooperate with headquarters in preparing tax reports, data consolidation, tax analysis and reporting.
• Complete other tax and finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
