Job summary

CNGR Indonesia is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Finance support professional to assist in calculating sales amounts, invoicing, and maintaining AR records based on contracts and pricing terms. The role involves coordinating with Operations to monitor payments and reconciliation tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of related experience; Mandarin fluency is required for daily work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1–2 years in Accounting, AR, or Finance encouraged.
• Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable using Mandarin for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Support calculation of sales amounts and preparation of sales invoices based on contracts and terms.
• Input and maintain Sales and Accounts Receivable records, including quality data, adjustments, bonuses, and penalties.
• Support reporting and administration across mineral resource tax and related system processes.
• Coordinate with Operations to monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables.
• Review sales-related expenses such as demurrage, ocean freight, and shortages.
• Assist in AR reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting.

Job description

• Support the calculation of sales amounts and preparation of sales invoices based on sales contracts, pricing terms, quality/assay results, bonuses, and penalties.
• Input and maintain Sales and Accounts Receivable records, including product quality data, adjustments, bonuses, and penalties.
• Support ESDM/Mineral & Coal system reporting and mineral resource tax administration, including coordination of the payment process.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables.
• Assist in reviewing sales-related expenses such as demurrage, ocean freight, and shortage/loss charges.
• Support accounts receivable reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Finance are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable communicating in Mandarin for daily work.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, or WPS. Knowledge of Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and basic data analysis is a plus.
• Experience in mining, nickel, commodities, or related industries is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment.
